• By purchasing any self-defense product from Smart Pulse Safety, you assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm or injury to yourself or others, arising from the use or misuse of the product.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claims arising from your purchase or use of any product is limited to the purchase price of the product. The Company is not liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Smart Pulse Safety is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.
