DISCLAIMER, RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:

By purchasing any self-defense product, including but not limited to stun guns, tasers, knives, or any other items from Smart Pulse Safety ("Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Responsibility for Harm: The Company is not responsible for any physical harm, injury, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of any self-defense product purchased from us. The Company does not condone or intend for any product to be used to harm another person.

2. Compliance with Laws: By purchasing any self-defense product from the Company, you warrant that you have researched and are in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of these products. The Company does not guarantee the legality of these products in your state or locality.

3. Legal Age and Responsibility: You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally competent, and not under any legal disability. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine the legality of these products in your jurisdiction before purchasing.

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your purchase, ownership, or use of any product from the Company, whether in compliance with or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Assumption of Risk: By purchasing any self-defense product from the Company, you assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm or injury to yourself or others, arising from the use or misuse of the product.

6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claims arising from your purchase or use of any product is limited to the purchase price of the product. The Company is not liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.
