Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders $79 and over within the US.

How will you ship my order and when will it arrive?

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days. All shipments include tracking so you can follow your order from our door to yours.

How will I know my package shipped?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately. We'll send a confirmation for each shipment.

Can I track my package?

Yes. All orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and include a tracking number with delivery confirmation.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or Military APO?

Not at this time. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or Military APOs due to shipping costs and damage issues.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. We ship to the 50 United States only.

Can I ship to a hotel or Airbnb?

No. We do not ship to hotels, hostels, or short-term rentals due to ongoing issues with lost, stolen, and damaged packages. No exceptions.
