Smart Pulse Safety is not responsible for any physical harm, injury, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of self-defense products, including but not limited to stun guns, tasers, knives, or any other items purchased from us. Smart Pulse Safety does not condone or intend for any product to be used unlawfully or to harm others.

By purchasing self-defense products from Smart Pulse Safety, you agree to:

  • Acknowledge that Smart Pulse Safety is not responsible for any harm or damage resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of these products.
  • Affirm you are at least 18 years old, legally competent, and not under any legal disability.
  • Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Smart Pulse Safety, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) related to your purchase or use of any product.

Limitation of Liability

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Arbitration shall take place in Louisiana, with the option to participate by phone, in person, or through document submission. Arbitration will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the internal laws of Louisiana.

You may opt-out of arbitration by sending a written notice within 30 days of your initial purchase, clearly stating your decision to opt-out, your full name, and address, to contact@smartpulsesafety.com.

You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against Smart Pulse Safety. Claims may only be brought individually.
