We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, call us at 504-814-0887 or email contact@smartpulsesafety.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted without one.

Items must be returned in unopened, undamaged condition in the original packaging. Once received, we will refund 100% of your item cost to your original form of payment. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

Items returned in used condition or with packaging that cannot be resealed may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returned items must include all original components in good working order. Products not meeting these terms are not eligible for a refund.

The following product categories may be subject to a 30% restocking fee:

  • TASER Brand Products
  • Stun Guns
  • Pepper Launchers
  • Cameras

To qualify for a 70% refund on these items, the product must be returned in its original box with all components included. Missing components, damaged components, or missing original packaging will result in no refund being issued.

Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable.

My item was damaged by the shipping carrier. How do I get it replaced?

Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery. Call us at 504-814-0887 and we will file the carrier claim on your behalf and send a replacement.

I received a defective item. How do I get it replaced?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@smartpulsesafety.com or 504-814-0887 to receive a Return Authorization number. The defective item must be returned before a replacement is shipped. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

I received a defective item but I would like a refund instead of a replacement.

We will refund 100% of your item cost for any defective item you choose not to have replaced. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@smartpulsesafety.com or 504-814-0887 to receive a Return Authorization number. Your refund will be issued once the defective item is returned and received.

Is there a warranty?

Most products include a manufacturer's warranty. Products with expiration dates, such as pepper spray, are covered through their expiration date. Batteries, pepper spray, and other disposable items are excluded from general warranty coverage.

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, Smart Pulse Safety will repair or replace defective products free of charge for 30 days from the date of original purchase. Product must be shipped back to us in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use only. It does not cover:

  • Damage occurring during shipment
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling
  • Damage caused by modification or alteration of the product
  • Damage attributable to acts of God
  • Commercial use of the product
